R180 UV - A Printer for all occasions

If you’re looking for a great starter machine you won’t go far wrong with the R180-UV Hybrid. The Printer has 2xDX5 Print Heads, one for CMYK and a Second that is used for White Ink. The Single White Ink Head allows varying levels of White Opacity and Ink Usage with the options to control independently the Channels used for Printing.

The single CMYK DX5 provides outstanding quality on almost all substrates (products such as Glass & Metal may require pre-coat for additional adhesion.

The R180 comes with Roll Feed & Take Up options allowing you be versatile on your product offerings.

The Belt feed allows for the feeding of Rigid Board & other Rigid Substrates that are held in place by the Multi Zone Vacuum Bed.

Random items can be mounted on to board for accurate feeding.

The latest version of the R180 has two independently controlled UV LED Air Cooled Lamps removing the requirements for a Chilling Unit.

The Belt System now has an integrated auto Tensioning System to reduce Belt maintenance.

Two movable feed and delivery tables allow you to feed large rigid substrates while maintaining a small foot print for the overall machine requirements.

The Print Head can be raised to Print on Surfaces of up to 30mm.

The more Production focussed M180 & M2000 models utilise Toshiba Print Heads for increased Speed & Printing flexibility. These Models also include Heavy Duty Feed & Delivery Tables for fixed Rigid Substrate Printing.
