The YD-H3200KJ hybrid UV printer is our latest dual purpose production which can bring you shorter delivery time and help you stand out on the market. Equipped with 3-8 industrial Kyocera KJ4A print heads, the number of which can be depended on your demands, the YD-H3200KJ can print rigid and flexible media with the fast speed of maximum 100m²/h (4 Pass). With print resolution of 635×2400dpi, large print width of 3200mm, this hybrid UV LED printer with ultra high speed is specially designed for advertising and high-end custom printing.

1. Industrial Kyocera print heads
This hybrid printer adopts 3-8pcs industrial Kycorea printheads, delivering exquisite results with 4pl ink droplet and 600 × 2400dpi. The printer head has powerful internal heating function to keep the constancy of ink viscosity. It jets 40,000 droplet per second with one nozzle, and overall one print head can print over 1 billion droplet per second, specially suitable for large-area panel and fast production.
2. Dual function machine
Our YD-H3200KJ has the dual purpose that not only keep most of advantages of flatbed printer, but new launch the function of roll-to-roll printer, which will specially suit for your different requirement.
3. Double negative pressure system
Separately control the negative pressure value of white ink and color inks, as individual viscosity and gravity with each other. It can ensure a smooth printing process and outstanding printing effect. The pressure value can be checked and adjusted according to production environment.
4. High Precise metal encoder grating
It adopts metal encoder grating which is more precise than the normal. Besides, it is pretty anti-shake and easy to clean.
5. Constant tension control
With the constant tension control function, YD-H3200KJ hybrid UV LED printer can protect media from wrinkling when performing roll to roll UV printing.
6. New media positioning device
With this function, it is more convenient to position the substrates being printed. It can achieve more accurate positioning and printing easily.
7. Anti-collision device
When colliding with obstacles, the carriage will stop automatically to protect print heads as well as human safety.
8.UV LED curing system
Our digital printing machines employ UV LED curing technology, which won’t generate excessive heat, allowing fast UV ink curing and direct-to-substrate inkjet printing on almost anything, heat-sensitive materials included.

YOTTA YD-F3216R5 flatbed printer employs Ricoh Gen5 internal heating print heads, which is recognized as high-end print heads with high performance by the industry. In normal mode, YD-F3216R5 can print up to 29 M² per hour. The maximum resolution can up to 2400 × 600DPI, the printing results is always oustanding.
2. Naturally smooth color transition
YOTTA’s YD-F3216R5 large UV flatbed printer supports 7pl-35pl variable ink droplet printing, easily achieving smooth colour transition, the prints seem more naturally. Besides, variable inkjet printing printing is conducive to saving the use of ink, reduce production costs.
3. Print white ink & Varnish
This machine has the capability to print UV white ink & varnish. White ink can help create stunning embossed effect, print patterns on dark panels. Varnish printing make the printed surfaces glossy and higher-end, also can play a protective role.

Consistent with YOTTA’s other UV printers, YD-F3216R5 uses eco-friendly UV curing ink which is VOC free. Besides, it supports 7 printing colours optional (CMYK, Lc, Lm, White ink), giving more choice room for customers.
