The XENONS X4-740-T Direct to Fabric Printer has a maximum print width of 1880mm from a single roll. The printer can reach speeds in excess of 60 sq/m in Production mode with the maximum head configuration (Epson & Ricoh Print Head Options Available. Integrated Tri-heater system plus extended infra-red auto drying + cooling system mean that no additional processing is required for the finished Textile. Dye Sublimation Inks are supplied from a 1.5L Bulk Ink Feed System keeping the cost of ink low.The advanced feed & take up system allows for trouble free long print runs. Optical Fibre Data Transmission over USB3.0 XENONS VSTD Technology keeps print results sharp & consistent.
The SINAJET DK-2513 offers Flat Bed & Conveyor Belt Digital Cutting for an affordable price. The Digital Cutter can be configured with numerous tools including Drag Knife - Creasing Tool - Router - & the in house developed Active Cutting Wheel for Textiles. Sinajet Cutting Tables can be supplied in a range of sizes - from the Sinajet DF-0906 with a 900x 600mm Cut Size The Sinajet DG-1512 with a cut size of 1500mmx1200mm all the way up to the customised Sinajet DG2516/2520 most models are available with Fixed & Conveyor Belt Options.
The powerful Sai Flexi & Sai Box & Display box design software provide a wide range of tools for creating editing & colour managing files sent for Print & cutting. Files can be Edited - Nested - and Output to your chosen device.
All our bundles are provided with starter packs of Media & Inks. Full installation & training is provided in the bundle combined with a 1 year service contract.
