SAi is proud to announce the release of Flexi 21 with state-of-the-art design and output tools for all your print, direct-to-vinyl, print-and-cut and textile jobs.

New features and enhancements in Flexi 21 have been engineered to make your workflow faster and easier than ever before.

Variable Data Printing – Print documents are easily personalized with variable text, images, QR codes, Barcodes, Braille or Data Matrixes. Flexi 21 allows you to design variable data templates then merges them with the variable data files.

Layers Printing – Create and print layered jobs from two or more separate files. Specifically developed to support printers with spot color and white ink capabilities.

JIG Templates – Design and save JIG templates in Flexi that exactly match JIG tooling on the printer bed. Ideal for printing multiple parts, such as phone cases.

Enhanced Print while RIP – Provides faster processing for big jobs, nested and tiled jobs since printing can start while the file is still ripping.

Output Channel Preview – Powerful tool for eliminating mistakes when printing spot channels like white or varnish. Saves time by showing print preview per output channel before ripping.

Artboard Contour Cutting - Save time by adding cut line to any type of file in Production Manager. No need to open files in Flexi Designer or other 3rd party design applications.

Custom Cut Line Names and Colours – Define your own custom cut lines using spot color or name. Assign specific cutting tools or conditions to each custom cut colour/name.

Adobe Illustrator Layer Support – Multi-layerAdobe Illustrator or PDF files can be split into multiple jobs. Ideal for jobs that have a combination of process and spot colors, like white or varnish.

User Data Backup – Easily import ICC profiles, preset, preferences and templates from previous installations. Make backups of your data and setting, quickly reload into new or existing installations.

Summa/HP OPOS Extra Mark - Full support and better accuracy for Summa and HP plotter OPOS Extra Mark.

Graphtec Barcode Support – Full support for Graphtec Datalink and Barcode System via Datalink Server.

Contour Cut Line Preview – Easily check for accuracy by previewing contour cut line separately from to artwork.

Manual Contour Cut Offset – Improved accuracy of contour cuts for cutters without an automatic registration mark system.

Custom Ink Set Support – Add custom ink channels, create and profile custom ink set color modes. (only in FlexiDYESUB)

G7 Certification – New option in theColor Profiler Gray Balance generates linearization that is closer to being compliant with the G7 standard.

Device Link Profiler – Simplified color correction workflow with an Input-to-Output or a Printer-to-Printer DeviceLink profile.

Save for Output Size Compensation – Save output settings per substrate as part of the preset.

Dual Editing Protection – Files open in Flexi Designer are protected from accidental editing by another designer.

Contour Cut Jobs Kept in Queue – Time and material saving features keeps Contour Cut jobs with barcodes in the queue after output in case the job needs to be reproduced.

Full 64-bit applications for both Design & Production, 32-bit versions included as well for compatibility with legacy hardware.
